Trident Service Group entered the pool industry in 2017. Our founders are a family who had a friend who needed help transitioning management of a pool service business in southern Pennsylvania. We dove right in! Over the next several years, we learned the ins and outs of servicing pools and keeping our customers happy. In 2021, a nearby business went up for sale, and we added our second location.

That experience taught us about the benefits of scale in the pool industry, and we became excited about the potential of building a network of local pool businesses. We also learned what it means (and what it takes) to transition ownership from a founder to a group structure successfully. Since then, we've added several additional locations and plan to continue to grow across the Mid-Atlantic. Our strategy is centered on preserving the legacy of the prior owners while bringing a best-in-class shared services model at the Trident level to support our local operations. The majority of our locations have retained their decades old branding. We value long-term relationships and remain 100% family and management owned with no outside institutional investors.
